Established in 2009, ELITE MEDICAL, now known as MARLE ELITE, is a vertically integrated contract manufacturer, from design, prototyping to finished medical products, focused on innovative implants, precision surgical instruments assembly, cutting edge coatings as well as unique silicone handles for instruments. ELITE MEDICAL operates three facilities (ISO 13485); two in the Memphis, TN area and one in Florence, AL. ELITE MEDICAL is well-known for delivering the Memphis, TN area and one in Florence, AL. ELITE MEDICAL is well-known for delivering the (OEM) customers around the world.
The acquisition of ELITE MEDICAL strengthens MARLE GROUP’s contract manufacturing offering in the USA. MARLE GROUP has now four facilities and 200 employees to support its customers in the USA and their continued growth. This transaction complements MARLE GROUP’s end-to-end solutions offering for its OEM customers, which includes product development, prototyping, various manufacturing platforms (additive, forging, casting and subtractive machining), quality and inspection, complete packaging, as well as delivery of complex finished products.
MARLE GROUP will continue to make strategic acquisitions and partnerships to expand its solutions offering for its OEM customers.
